WHO WE ARE

Kestramon is a Minecraft server (mc.kestramon.com) and the website www.kestramon.com. Both are run by Orkhen FZE LLC, a company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2626814481888). In these terms, "we" means Orkhen FZE LLC.

NOT AN OFFICIAL PRODUCT

Kestramon is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Kestramon runs the Cobblemon mod but is not run by or affiliated with the Cobblemon team. Kestramon is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokemon Company. Pokemon and Pokemon character names are trademarks of Nintendo.

PLAYING ON KESTRAMON

Kestramon is free to play. You need your own Minecraft Java Edition account.

By joining you agree to follow the server rules shown in game and on our Discord. We can warn, mute, suspend or ban players who cheat, exploit bugs, grief, harass other players or break the rules. Serious or repeated breaks can lead to a permanent ban.

AGE

If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before you buy anything in the store.

THE STORE AND KESTRAGEMS

You buy KestraGems with real money. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and the merchant on your receipt and card statement is ORKHEN FZE LLC. The price is shown before you pay. That price is the total: it is charged in euro and nothing is added at checkout.

You then spend KestraGems on ranks, extra claim space and other items. Nothing in the store is needed to play or to win.

KestraGems and everything bought with them are for use on Kestramon only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged back into money, and cannot be sold, traded or moved to another player, account or server.

WHAT YOU GET

When you buy something, you get a personal right to use it on Kestramon with the Minecraft account you linked. You do not own the virtual item itself, and this right ends if your account is permanently banned for breaking the rules.

KestraGems usually arrive within a few minutes of paying. If yours have not arrived within 24 hours, email us with your Minecraft name and payment reference and we will fix it or refund you.

CHANGES TO THE GAME

Kestramon is a live game. We may rebalance, change or remove features, items and currencies, and we may reset the world for a new season. We will announce big changes in advance where we can.

If we remove a paid item you bought in the last 30 days and do not give you a replacement of equal value, you can ask for a refund for that item.

REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If something is wrong with a payment, please email us before contacting your bank. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, we may remove what was bought with it and pause store access for that account until it is sorted out.

AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

We work to keep the server and store online, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of bugs. Maintenance and outages happen.

To the extent the law allows, Kestramon is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce important changes on our website or Discord. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without removing any consumer protections that apply where you live.
