WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Orkhen FZE LLC (Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates) is responsible for the personal data described here. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must agree before you give us personal data, and we do not knowingly collect it from anyone under 16 without that agreement - if you think we have, email us and we will delete it. WHAT WE COLLECT

• Minecraft name and ID (UUID). When you play, link your account on the website, vote or buy something.
• Game data. Your progress, items, purchases, votes and statistics on the server.
• Server logs. Your IP address, chat messages and commands, used for moderation, security and fixing problems.
• Payment records. The amount, date, item and payment reference. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Messages you send us by email or Discord.

Voice chat on the server passes audio between nearby players in real time. We do not record it.

WHY WE USE IT

• To run the server and deliver what you buy (needed to provide the service).
• To keep the server safe, stop cheating and handle rule breaks (our legitimate interest).
• To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation).
• To show public leaderboards (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the website.

WHAT OTHERS CAN SEE

Your Minecraft name can appear on public leaderboards on the website and in game, for example most votes, most captures, highest level and most KestraCoins. Other players also see your name, chat and actions in game.

SERVICES WE USE

• Stripe processes card payments and receives the details you enter at checkout.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and sees visitors' IP addresses.
• unpkg.com delivers part of the website's code, so it also sees your IP address.
• Vote sites send us your Minecraft name when you vote for Kestramon on them.
• Discord handles our community server under its own privacy policy.

The game server is hosted in the Netherlands. Some of these providers process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.

YOUR BROWSER

The website saves a few items in your browser's local storage: your Minecraft name, your login session, and whether panels are open or closed. They stay on your device and are not used for advertising. Clearing your browser data removes them.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Account and game data is kept while you play and for a reasonable time afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email info@kestramon.com. Some records, like payment records, may have to be kept by law. If you live in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

CHILDREN

Many Minecraft players are young. We only need a Minecraft name to let you play. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything.
